What should I do if my IPTV is buffering or freezing?
Buffering is usually caused by your internet connection, not the IPTV server. Try these steps:
- Test your internet speed (aim for 25+ Mbps)
- Connect via Ethernet cable instead of Wi-Fi
- Restart your router and streaming device
- Disable any VPN or proxy you may be using
- Switch to a different IPTV player app
Some channels are not working — what should I do?
Occasionally a channel may be temporarily offline for maintenance or due to a broadcaster issue. My subscription has expired — how do I renew?

Can I use a VPN with GET IPTV UK?
